Telespond Senior Services, Inc. was founded in 1974 to provide high quality community based care to older adults and caregivers and to enhance the well-being of older adults by promoting independent living. Telespond's services are designed to provide social and some health services to adults who need supervised care in a safe place outside the home during the day and affords caregivers respite from the demanding responsibilities of care-giving. Services include door to door transportation, showers and personal care, health and medication management, registered nursing supervision, socialization and activities. TSDS In-Home Services are non-medical programs serving older adults with individualized assistance in their homes, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation and assistance with bathing, dressing, and laundry. The Senior Companion Program is a free service offered to our community's elder population for a few hours, one or two days a week, that may include assistance with errands and important daily tasks, preparing lunch, and/or respite for caregivers.
