Program Coordinator, National Health Corps Chicago

Cynthia Li (she/her) has served as the part-time Program Coordinator for National Health Corps Chicago since January 2021. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological sciences with a minor in Music from Drexel University. After completing an internship in Paris, France and attending several European health conferences, Cynthia developed a strong passion for public health. She then earned a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Global Health from Northwestern University. With a wide variety of interests, Cynthia has done work with gender-based violence in immigrant communities, substance use disorder, and community reentry in Illinois. She hopes to expand her work in various public health fields in order to pursue health equity for all.

Cynthia loves to travel and discover new places through their food scene. When she’s not able to travel, Cynthia is just as content to sit back at home to videogame with friends, listen to an eclectic variety of music, and watch Netflix.
