Elizabeth Dailey (she/her), a social worker by training, joined the National Health Corps team in 2019 after five years of administering public health programs in the Philadelphia area. Liz recognizes the critical role of supporting and building on the strengths of both individuals and systems in order to create impactful and dynamic programs, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to support the efforts of the National Health Corps operating sites, host sites, and members across the country. Prior to her work in public health, Liz worked in the victim services division of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, for a University of Pennsylvania-based program aimed at improving healthcare response to intimate violence, and for a college access mentoring program for urban youth. Liz is also an adjunct instructor in Harcum College’s human services program. Liz enjoys volunteering, learning new skills, cooking, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with her beloved dogs hiking and going to the beach.
