Abbottsford Falls provides comprehensive healthcare services, including Primary Care with integrated Behavioral Health, Outpatient Behavioral Health, Dental Care, Social Work, Outreach & Enrollment, Diabetes and Nutrition education and support, Mind/Body practices, prenatal care, medical specialty services, physical therapy, on-site pharmacy, transportation assistance and a fitness room.
