What is your title and role at your host site?
Care Coordinator, I’ll be serving with the Bosom Buddies Program helping with the weekly support group, connecting people with services and doing health education.

Why did you join AmeriCorps/National Health Corps?
I joined the NHC to hopefully gain a better understanding of public health work in the field.

What are you hoping to gain from your year of service?
I’m hoping to gain a better understanding of the community I will be working with.

What are your plans after AmeriCorps service?
I’m hoping to get my masters after my AmeriCorps service.

Where do you envision yourself in 5 years?
Having finished my MPH and working in the field.
