Member Position Summary
The member will serve within the Imperial Dynasty Arts Program, focusing on community health outreach through arts-based engagement and educational programming. This position blends creative expression with public health promotion, targeting underserved and underrepresented populations in Wilmington, Delaware.

The member will plan and deliver community-based health education workshops, leveraging the arts as a tool to foster connection, learning, and empowerment. They will coordinate outreach campaigns, collaborate with local partners, and recruit volunteers to support program events.

By combining arts and health education, the member addresses gaps in health awareness, cultural relevance in programming, and access to trusted information. This position complements Imperial Dynasty’s broader mission to use the arts as a vehicle for community development, health promotion, and youth empowerment.

The member will primarily serve urban, low-income, and minority communities with limited access to health resources. They will fill the unmet need for culturally responsive health education and community connection. The role does not replace paid staff or duplicate existing services, and it aligns with AmeriCorps nonduplication and nondisplacement regulations.
